All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact Hamner Research to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any product back. Returns submitted without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item and will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be in original condition.
- All unopened items are eligible.
- One opened item may be eligible for return with prior approval.
